THE BOOTCAMP ESPORT ROOM

The Bootcamp Esport Room is 30m² and can be locked. It includes 6 high performance gaming computers configured in a « U » shape to allow the staff to walk freely behind each player. The Bootcamp room has a chill out area with 2 sofas, a coffee table, an analysis area with a TV (flat screen) and a white board. The room has a separate air conditioning and heating system. You can take advantage of the console areas available in the arena to relax (depending on availability) on more casual games.

1 apartment for 3-4 people (2 separate beds in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room)

Price per night and per apartment : 77 € in residential formula (= 1 cleaning during the stay)

Tourist tax not included : 1,65 € per night and per person

Breakfast in supplement : 12 € per person

THE TEAMBULDING

A bootcamp is intense and trying and it is necessary to think also to take good time in order to weld the players, the staff while thinking of other things. We are from the region so we also want you to enjoy and discover Alsace.

Examples of nice activities in the area:

Europapark: Voted best amusement park in the world. Our favorite, by far !
Ninja Storm: Park dedicated to parkour. Very fun and great for physical exercise.
Pôle sports nature: Halfway between paintball and archery, archery tag is a fun and unusual activity.
Power Shot: Bubble soccer in team on indoor fields.
Various escape games
Captain Bretzel: Rent a boat without a license to go on the island in Strasbourg and around Strasbourg.

THE ARENA

The arena has a snack area (pizza) and you can have free access to the consoles (PS5 & Switch2), and terrace to enjoy the outdoors, the ping pong table, and the Alsatian sun.

NB: These are prices for the whole room and not for one person. These rates are valid based on the arena’s opening hours.

THE SHOWMATCH BONUS

We propose to the teams to end their bootcamp by a showmatch on the stage of the Alsace Esport Arena by communicating around the event. This will allow you to put into practice, and in real conditions, what has been worked on during the bootcamp. We will relay the information via our networks, to our players and followers in order to have people in the stands and possibly bring in the local press to cover the showmatch. You provide the show and we provide the communication. It will also give you content for your own networks; photos, videos, press articles etc…

CAST SPACE

Take advantage of the bootcamp to set up your arrival or your players in competition by exploiting the lounge space planned and decorated for this purpose. The streaming computer will be at your disposal with a triple screen as well as OBS or StreamLabs. The arena can also put at your disposal a logitech brio 4k as well as a H2n microphone, an AudioTechnica Pro microphone + boom for live setup.

Please note that these are standard access times. You can also have a 24/24 access on demand. Just let us know when you make your request.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Open from 1 pm to midnight (11 hours Bootcamp)

Wednesday: Open from 14 pm to 11 pm (9 hours of Bootcamp)

Thursday: Open from 1 pm to 9 pm (8 hours of Bootcamp)

Friday: Open from 2 pm to Midnight (10 hours Bootcamp)

Saturday: Open from 2 pm to 1 am (11 hours Bootcamp)

Sunday: Open from 2 pm to 9 pm (7 hours of Bootcamp)

TOTAL HOURS ACCESS = 56 h

PHOTO & VIDEO OPTIONS

The arena has a professional photo studio. If you want to take advantage of the Bootcamp to make a team/players shooting it is possible. Prices are available on request.

You can also take advantage of a videographer (from half a day) to make the video rush (very stylish) of your Bootcamp. Rates on request (with or without post-production).
